–Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1-inch cubes – water or milk – roma tomatoes, chopped – jalapeños or serranos, diced – Anaheim or Hatch green chile pepper (optional), roasted, peeled, and chopped – onion, chopped – Green onions, sliced

Ingredients

Step 1 – Combine Velveeta with water in microwaveable bowl and microwave on high. Mix until Velveeta is completely melted.

Step 2 – Stir in tomatoes, chile peppers, and onion.

Step 3 – Garnish with green onions.
