Ingredients

Step 1 – Add pineapple, lime juice, tequila, pineapple juice, and ice to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and frothy.

Step 2 – Scatter Tajin onto a plate.

Step 3 – Rim two glasses with agave nectar or honey and dip the rim of glasses into the Tajin until the edge is covered.

Step 4 – Pour frothy mixture into each glass. Garnish with fresh pineapple and/or lime wedges sprinkled with Tajin.
