– Beef Birria, broth with meat – 2 3-(ounce) packages instant ramen noodles, seasoning packets reserved for another use Toppings – scallions, sliced – cilantro, chopped – radishes, sliced – lime wedges – jalapeno, sliced

Ingredients

Step 1 – Heat birria in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until just simmering. Cover and keep warm over low heat.

Step 2 – Meanwhile, cook ramen according the package directions. Drain noodles and divide between 2 serving bowl. Top with broth, meat, and toppings of choice.
