– pomegranate arils – French baguette – garlic sliced – olive oil – soft-ripened brie cheese – apricot preserves . . . See all other ingredients on the blog (swipe up).

Ingredients

Steps 1-2 – Break open the pomegranate under water to free the seeds.  Reserve 1 cup of the seeds and set aside. – Preheat oven.

Steps 3-4 – Place garlic slices in olive oil and microwave. Cut the baguette. Brush olive oil on one side of baguette slices.  – Spread apricot preserves.

Step 5 -6 – Microwave brie cheese. Cut the brie in half and spoon or drizzle the cheese. – Place a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds on each slice.

Step 5 – Serve while warm.
