These are filled with fresh lobster meat. I’ve had lots of tacos in my life, but when I tasted these gourmet tacos I died and went to taco heaven. They were so delicious and the best part is they were so easy to make. Chopping and prepping the toppings is what took the bulk of my time.

– lobster meat – unsalted butter – fresh lime juice – garlic cloves, minced – chili pepper flakes, optional – corn tortillas Topping Options: – Crema Mexican with chipotle sauce – avocado slices – red cabbage – Pico de gallo salsa – Chopped cilantro – Lime wedges
Step 2 – Chop the lobster to bite-size pieces and soak them in the butter sauce and just heat the meat. Sprinkle with pepper flakes, if using.
