TOTAL TIME: 5 MINS
– 10 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish – 1 1/2 teaspoons superfine sugar – Mineral water – 1 1/2 ounces bourbon, see notes
Step 1 – Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a glass and top with the sugar. Muddle together until the leaves begin to break down.
Step 2 – Add a splash of mineral water, fill the glass 3/4 full with crushed ice, and add the bourbon.
Step 3 – Top with another splash of seltzer, stir, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Step 4 – Serve immediately.
