Ingredients

Step 1  – Put chopped jalapeño, serrano, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl and sprinkle with salt.

Step 2 – Chop it up and mix with red onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt and pepper.

Step 3 – Serve as a topping on fish, chicken, grilled steak, or with a basket of tortilla chips.
