Ingredients

Steps 1-2 – Preheat oven. – Place fruit in a cast iron skillet or 2-quart square baking dish. Stir in the granulated sugar.

Step 3 – For the topping, in a medium bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, and spices. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Or simply dice butter and sprinkle butter over mixture.

Step 4 – Bake until fruit is tender and topping is golden.
