Pineapple Mango Salsa
This tropical salsa is cool, refreshing, slightly sweet, a tad spicy, and full of flavor. This salsa is delicious with a side of tortilla chips and also goes really well with chicken or fish tacos.

Ingredients

pineapple
peeled and diced

large mango
diced
1/2
red onion
diced

jalapeño
seeded and diced

tablespoon
fresh cilantro
chopped

lime
juiced
kosher salt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine pineapple, mango, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Squeeze in lime juice and add salt to taste.
Stir to combine.
Notes
Serve this salsa with tortilla chips or on top of chicken or fish.
