Ingredients

Steps 1 -3 – Soak bamboo skewers in water for thirty minutes. – Preheat grill. – Place chipotles, adobo sauce, orange juice, lemon juice, and mango sauce, in a blender and puree.

Steps 4-5 – Separate the sauce in half in two different bowls. – Alternatively thread pork and peach slices onto skewers. Brush sauce onto pork and peaches.

Steps 6-7 – Sprinkle seasonings over kabobs. – Grill skewers on one side until pork releases easily from the grate. Flip skewers and continue to grill.

Steps 8-9 – Brush or drizzle with reserved sauce. – Garnish with cilantro and serve.
