Expert Tips:
Shake it like you mean it. If you're someone who has ever wondered why professional bartenders seem to make such a show out of shaking their drinks, you're not alone. That said, it's for more than just show! Shaking a cocktail helps to aerate the drink with small shards of ice, which serves to both chill it and give it a lovely mouthfeel.
Don't skip the garnish. Adding a pineapple leaf to this tequila spritzer might seem like unnecessary showmanship, but I always find that taking the time to garnish my cocktails helps to create the vibe I always crave from nights out on the town — all while saving plenty of money. Plus, who wouldn't want a fresh pineapple on hand to make salsa, tacos, or sliders with? You're gonna need snacks to pair with your drinks, right?
