Use a lime wedge to moisten the rim of cocktail glasses. Dip the rim of glasses in Tajin.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add agua de jamaica, tequila, lime juice, and agave to the cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker frosts over.
Add a large ice cube to your prepared glasses and pour the Jamaica Margarita into glasses. Serve immediately.
