A favorite summer drink in Chile combines melon with white wine. But it’s not the unique combination of flavors that’s so interesting…it’s the way this drink is served. The chilled wine is poured directly into half of a melon and then sipped with a straw. Sounds delicious right?
This white melon sangria is inspired by the same flavors as the Chilean cocktail but made with Madria Sangria Moscato and Hennessy. Inspired by warm seaside summers Madria Sangria is a delicious blend of Moscato wine with hints of orange, peach, and apple. Paired with the smooth yet spicy taste of Hennessy this melon sangria has the right amount of sweetness to keep you coming back for more.
Melon sangria is a unique white sangria – it’s fresh, it’s fruity, and it’s sparkling. The combination of juicy honeydew, cantaloupe, and crisp Moscato sweetens up the drink so there is no need to add any sugar.
If you’re looking for a refreshing and delicious cocktail to enjoy then this cocktail is the perfect recipe for you. Make sure to serve over ice.
