Cutting and coring a pineapple can be messy and time consuming. In this video I show you how to peel and slice a pineapple in an easy and efficient way using a pineapple corer and slicer that I purchased at Williams-Sonoma.
Normally I don’t believe in fruit gadgets, but I’m sold on this magical tool. If you like fresh sliced or wedged pineapple there is no other way to go.
