Did you know that mangos are the most popular fruit in the world? And did you know that the mango is a symbol of love in India, and a basket of mangos is considered a gesture of friendship?
All’s I know is that I love mangos and love cutting them. Something about slicing and dicing a mango is very meditative. Here is a short video with my favorite way to dice a mango.
Now, I’m on a mission of making more how-to-videos and would love your ideas! What would you like for me to share via video?

Great “how to” video. I love mango but usually stay away from them because I don’t know what to do with them. That large oval pit in the middle is difficult to deal with. Now I know exactly what to do — it really is simple. Thank you!

Great video! I hardly ever cook with mango’s because they are a pain to cut up- this helps and gives me motivation to try them again!
That mango looks so yummy and juicy. Makes we want to dice one up right now. A tortilla-making video would be great!
Love the video – I made a mushy mess the last time I tried to use a mango – this will be much easier!
Thanks for the tutorial. Please show me how to make flour tortillas that are round and not in the shape of Texas!
Hysterical! Love it Karen!
Nicely done, very neat. Beats trying to pull the peel off.
Thank you so much.
Would love to see how to make tortillas. Great video! E
Most of all, I love the guitar music in the video! So beautiful!
