Are limes pricey in your neck of the woods? Don’t let the lime shortage stop you from making margaritas! Check out my latest feature on KitchenAid’s blog, The Kitchenthusiast, where I share how to build your own tropical margarita bar plus fresh fruit paletas (popsicles).
Instead of squeezing limes, substitute with bottled organic lemonade, a variety of fresh fruits such as mangos, strawberries, and tequila (of course).
A margarita bar for the adults and paletas for the children. Everyone will surely have a great time.

I am lucky to live in Florida, and I have every intention of buying a dwarf lime tree soon! (I’ve been calling it a Margarita tree, LOL!) There’s a farm stand a short distance from us, so I can get limes @ 4/$1, so I’m also planning to try your wonderful recipes! They are beautiful and I’m sure they’ll be tasty. Thanks!
You lucky gal! I need me a margarita tree. Love it! Salud!
Perfect! I was looking for something fresh and a bit different.
So happy to hear that Suki! Salud.
the drinks look so colorful and good, and the paletas would hit the spot right now with this heat
Yikes! I can’t even imagine El Paso heat. It’s going to be hot when I visit.
