Slices of cucumber, limes, and a scoop of sugar on marble board.
  • Cucumber: Large cucumbers work best. If you want a vibrant green agua de pepino, leave the peel on when blending. I recommend organic cucumbers and suggest using regular slicing cucumbers rather than English cucumbers.
  • Water: The base of any agua fresca! Adjust the amount to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Lime Juice: Freshly squeezed lime juice adds a zesty kick that enhances the flavor.
  • Sugar: A touch of granulated sugar balances the flavors, but you can adjust the sweetness to your preference or swap it with honey or agave.
